Rachel Provin
owner/stylist
Rachel has been a stylist for 19 years and is co-owner of Scissor Tail Studio. She specializes in micro link extensions, mens cuts, Keratin/Brazilian blowouts, and offers a variety of color services. She is in studio Monday-Friday and currently accepting new clients for daytime appointments.
When she’s not working, shes probably watching Dateline or at the lake with her family!
Carrie Webb
owner/stylist
With 17 years of experience, Carrie, co-owner of Scissor Tail Studio, specializes in precision cutting, thick hair, curly hair, and gray-blending transitional color. Her approach is customized and detail-driven, with an emphasis on creating full, healthy, effortless styles that look natural and wear beautifully.
Carrie’s new client availability is currently limited to precision cuts and color guests who are transitioning from color to embrace their natural gray. Appointments are available weekday daytime only (no nights or weekends).
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Carrie caring for the studio’s plants, traveling, or photographing landscapes.
Dawn Westmoreland

Dawn has been a stylist for 13 years. She specializes in blondes, dimensional brunettes, and seamless extensions with Harper Ellis Hair Companies signature Concealed Bead Method.
She is currently accepting new clients for daytime weekday appointments only.
Dawn has also been a makeup artist for 15 years and has was worked on thousands of faces of every age! She offers her services in studio for proms and events, and in studio or on location for weddings.
She loves live music of all kinds, traveling, trying new restaurants, and snuggling her two pups!
Whitney Pollard

Whitney has been a stylist for 15 years, specializing in fully customized cuts and color designed to complement each client’s individual features, lifestyle, and hair goals. From subtle, lived-in color to bold transformations, every service is thoughtfully tailored—no two looks are the same. She also offers precision men’s cuts, finished with a relaxing hot towel service, and loves trying new techniques and trends behind the chair.
When she’s not in the salon, Whitney runs a tiny girl gang (four daughters!) and spends as much time as possible traveling, chasing waterfalls, and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
Whitney is currently not accepting new clients.
Jessica Thurman
stylist
Jessica has been a stylist since 2018, specializing in lived-in color and gray blending for effortless, low-maintenance results. She is also a certified extension specialist offering customized extension services for added fullness, length, and confidence.
Her goal is to have every client leave with a boost of confidence and a radiant glow. She’s currently accepting new clients Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling that’s perfect for busy moms looking to fit in self-care. Booking can be done by text, call, or online for your convenience.
Jessica is also a devoted wife, mom to a beautiful baby girl, and proud bonus mom to two rambunctious sons.
Averi Pressler

Averi’s favorite services are blonding, dimensional color, and fashion colors. She is a mom of 3 and when she’s not working, she is busy spending time with her family.
